This is completely understandable - it can be overwhelming! This is the part where we have a creative call and go through what your brand is and how you want it to be represented online. I do ask that you come to the meeting with a couple of references as a jumping off point. We’ll mood board and brainstorm together so we are prepared for the shoot day.

You have to love the final product. Each handover comes with 1 x round of changes. We ask that every video is reviewed thoroughly and any requests for revisions should be made at the first review opportunity. Anything change requests after that, will be charged at the hourly rate.

In our many years of pushing content online - we have created a cheatsheet for you so that you know the best practices of how to maximise the efforts of your video. Think, how to find trending music, how to write captivating captions, how to select covers and so much more.

Whilst we do have production capabilities - this is a content creation service only. We will assist you to create the run sheet and what might be needed on the day. However, all location, model hire (if needed) and/or equipment hire will be left to your team to organise. This can all be discussed during our discovery call.

By now, we would have discussed what the desired outcomes for the content will be. Our role on the day is to take the stress of content creation off your shoulders and onto ours! We love our clients to be on location with us so that we can liaise closely with you on any clarifications we might need and an extra pair of hands.
